The project will involve applying static machine learning methods to a database developed on the basis of over 1,000 responses from surveys conducted in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. However, the conceptual analysis of the circular economy concept in voivodeship development strategies will be carried out using the analysis of qualitative data. The analysis of regional strategies will also make it possible to determine what activities in the 9R model are assigned to circular economy in the regions, what sector the activities are addressed to, what stakeholders are taken into account, what types of support are taken into account, and what role is assigned to the administration (passive or active).
