The College Council is the opinion-giving and advisory body of the Dean in the field of research activities of the College. The composition of the Council of the College is determined by the KUE Statute.

The main competences of the Council center on providing opinions on policies for the development of the scientific discipline or disciplines for which the College has been established, the development of the College research staff, scope of proper preparation of the scientific discipline or disciplines for external evaluation and other matters indicated in the KUE Statute or legal provisions.

In addition, the Council presents opinions on the amendment of the organizational regulations (esp. the creation, transformation, merger, division or liquidation of an Institute); providing opinions on candidates for members of the University Disciplinary Committee for academic teachers.
