The main goal of the project is to generate and disseminate knowledge about the limits of public intervention in the conditions of the growing complexity of social reality by organizing and publicizing an event with the participation of outstanding experts in this field.

The specific objectives concern the accumulation of knowledge in terms of: international politics, internal politics, public policy, public finances and social. This will serve to develop a new approach to redefining selected functions of nation states. On this basis, it will also be possible to outline trends and disseminate knowledge.

The conference formula is also intended to enable building a lasting network of cooperation between researchers from the Center for Public Policies of the Krakow University of Economics and the Polish Economic Institute with domestic and foreign experts. It is intended to create space for implementing scientific and research projects.
