The issues concern the provision and improvement of public services provided by private and public entities and non-governmental organizations in the context of domestic and foreign theories and practices. The aim of the task was to identify and analyze the improvement of public service delivery from a methodological, theoretical and empirical perspective. The research undertook a comparative analysis of programs and activities to rationalize/reform the provision of various types of public services in selected European countries, taking into account various scientific perspectives (e.g. behavioral economics, marketing of public services, organization and management of service processes) and methodological perspectives (co-production , network organization) with reference to technological changes. In particular, attention has been directed to the provision of health services and the health sector.
