The aim of the project was to analyze selected pro-ecological initiatives initiated and implemented in various cultural and religious circles, resulting from and promoting public awareness of undesirable climate changes. The implemented project focused on the response of churches and other religious associations and opinion-forming representatives of various religious traditions to contemporary challenges in connection with the deepening ecological crisis. Although climate change is a global (universal) challenge, regional and local responses to it are diverse (particular). The influence of religion on shaping the awareness of various communities is unquestionable, hence discussions about the natural environment within specific religious and denominational identities and at their intersection are an interesting subject of research.

The research resulted in the preparation of scientific articles, including:
